We managed to get our hands on Happy Cat Coffee during the lockdown - an immense stroke of luck - and returned to it at the beginning of the year. Happy Cat Coffee is a small company looking to bring unique beans to the front door. Named after current and past company cats, Happy Cat Coffee is supremely focused on the experience. We obtained a Colombian origin dark roast at the start of the year. (Happy Cat Coffee offers all three roasts of each bean.) This coincided with new brew methods entering the office.
